We spent New Year's Eve at a hotel just outside the city center, strategically located close to a gas station and other amenities. The staff was friendly, and they immediately gave us a key to the front door, which allowed us to come and go as we pleased. The breakfast was satisfying, and the fact that we could lock the entrance gave us peace of mind.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the shower was too small. We encountered a bit of noise from the street, and we did not feel safe walking around the neighborhood.

The hotel seems to be located in quite a remote area. there are a few basic facilities nearby, such as a gas station and a few shops. the Hanau station is not too far away, which could be convenient for some travelers. Some of the reviews mention clean rooms and decent breakfast options. Keep in mind, though, that the shower is reported to be quite small.
The hotel seems to be poorly managed. Guests report unfriendly and unprofessional staff, and issues with check-in and receiving the amenities promised.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the fact that the entrance was always locked, and we were given a key to access it. The location was convenient as it was close to transportation and within walking distance of the train station. Additionally, the breakfast offered was satisfactory.

The hotel offered free parking and a decent breakfast. It was located near the highway and a shopping center, which was very convenient. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel was poorly managed. the receptionist was not welcoming and made us wait for a long time during check-in.
